Our approach

At hersh guy our approach is to look at what makes an individual or team act and behave the way they do; what are the key drivers and motivators; how do we effect behaviour change and make it stick?

Our trainings are developed to operate at a much deeper level than traditional trainings to gain more lasting change and achieve the outcomes wanted for the organisation and the individual.

We ask this question at the end of our programmes - "How will your behaviour be different in the future?"
