Colleen: hersh guy Senior Partner who oversees delivery and the quality of the work. She is a business coach and works with Senior Executives and their teams building high performance. Colleen has a MA in Human Resource Strategy and is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, a Certified Master Practitioner of NLP, Time Line Therapy^TM, and Hypnotherapy, and a Certified Master Coach with ABNLP. She is certified to use Archetypes with individuals, teams and organisations in the areas of personal growth, organisational development and branding. She has worked across diverse cultures facilitating focus groups, strategic business planning, vision/mission and values sessions, and individual coaching. Colleen is passionate about enabling individuals, teams and organisations to become even more successful. She is also on the Board of Eldon Housing Association and Vice Chair of Coulsdon Sixth Form College.

Katie: An experienced HR Professional and coach who has worked across financial services, charity, education and public sectors. She has worked with organisations going through change, outsourcing, and communication programmes. Katie has a BA (Hons) in Social Psychology, a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations, is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, and a Certified Master Practitioner of NLP and Time Line Therapy^TM.She is certified to use Archetypes with individuals, teams and organisations. Katie has experience of facilitating international focus groups and has delivered training and coaching to international companies

Simon: Has extensive experience of coaching, training and facilitating senior professionals in the public and private sectors in the UK and internationally. He holds an MBA, is a Certified Trainer of NLP, and a Certified Professional Facilitator. He is certified to use Archetypes with individuals, teams and organisations for growth, development and branding. A member of the global Board of the International Association of Facilitators, and has worked extensively with the UK government and public bodies, with international and European institutions and with private sector companies. He has facilitated board vision, mission and strategy sessions and has designed and delivered development programmes for organisations and, in the past three years, for the International Association of Facilitators in the US, Sweden, Germany, Singapore and Malaysia

Stephen: A highly experienced trainer and coach with impressive qualifications including an MBA. Stephen has worked with a wide variety of organisations across sectors and is noted for producing results. He has extensive experience in customer care programmes, client relationship management and consultancy skills. His courses are highly interactive and fun. He is a Certified Master Practitioner of NLP, Time Line Therapy^TM and Hypnotherapy

Luisa: An experienced international HR professional and global coach, fluent in German, French and with a good working knowledge of Russian. She has worked across several continents - in the Far East, South Africa, Europe and the Middle East, bringing effective change management solutions in complex multicultural environments. Her strengths lie in working with multicultural executives to build trust within geographically dispersed teams, supporting joint ventures and M&A integration processes, leading to sustainable success. Luisa has accreditations by the Association for Coaching, the WABC and the Solicitors' Regulation Authority. She holds an MA in HR Strategy, is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development, and Certified Practitioner of NLP and Time Line Therapy^TM.

Mike:Is a catalyst for change within corporations, teams and for individuals, where he drives and manages the change process, combining a unique fusion of practical skills. He holds an MBA, BSc Physiology and Biochemistry and is a Certified Trainer of NLP, Master Practitioner of Hypnotherapy and Time Line Therapy^TM. He is certified to use Archetypes with individuals, teams and organisations for growth, development and branding. Mike has a strong track record of leading change in blue-chip corporations and in small and medium enterprises (SMEs). He has worked across Europe including Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, France, Ireland, Germany, Norway, Spain and Switzerland. Mike's passion is to awaken and develop the potential within people and enterprises. He believes change and transformation is a way of life

Paul: A Senior HR Professional who has worked in the financial services, charity, education, and not for profit sectors. Has experience of delivering business change programmes, coaching, and working with SME's. Maureen: A Senior HR Professional with wide-ranging experience in both the private and public sedtors. She enjoys working with organisations that want to implement change effectively, particularly when it involves the productivity and potential of managers and employees. She seeks to ensure the intellectual and emotional engagement of staff at all levels so as to "turn vision into reality". Keith: hersh guy Partner who is responsible for ensuring that we are able to deliver to our Clients by managing the internal processes. Experienced in Business Development and Marketing as well as Finance, he also provides HR support and advice to our SME clients. Keith is a Certified Practitioner of NLP

Jo: An experienced PA/Secretary who provides front line support to Clients and the Partners. She has direct involvement in most of the projects and uses her creative skills in designing and producing our material. Jo is also a Certified Practitioner of NLP and Time Line Therapy ^TM
