All our coaching is outcome focussed and transformational. We use techniques that make a real and positive difference to individuals, teams, and companies. We use a range of tools and assessments including psychometric testing, 360⁰ feedback and Archetype Analysis.

Colleen worked with me on a 1:1 basis to help with my presentation skills as I was struggling with voice projection. Colleen went beyond the mechanics of what I was doing and helped me to understand and release some of the blockages I had.
